Who this notice applies to

This notice applies to The Local Alchemist, part of Bobble Solutions, and covers information submitted through this website, by email, or during initial enquiry conversations.

Where the studio is based

The Local Alchemist operates from the United Kingdom. When you contact us from the United States, the personal information you share crosses the Atlantic and is processed and stored in the UK. By submitting an enquiry you understand that this transfer takes place.

What information is collected

Typically your name, business name, email address, website address, and any project details you choose to send. If you call or message us, we keep enough of the conversation to follow up properly.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess fit, discuss potential work, and deliver services where applicable. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, record-keeping, and legitimate business administration. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently run analytics or set tracking cookies. If analytics are added later we’ll choose a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool (such as Plausible or Fathom) that records anonymous page views without personal data, and we’ll update this notice.

Service providers

A small set of providers help run the site and route enquiries: a UK-based web host, an email provider for [email protected], and Telegram (for routing contact-form submissions to us). These providers process the information we share with them only to deliver their services and don’t use it for their own marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have shared with us. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, in line with the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents may request to know what personal information we hold about them, request its deletion or correction, and request that it not be sold or shared. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email the address below.
